15 hang power snatch 65/95

150 m run 

 

C.

(3 rounds)

10 resistance band lateral twists in lunge/split stance with 1 sec pause (each side) 

 

  • Modified (Dbell use only 

A.

Single arm Dbell Overhead Squat 10-10-10-10-10 (5 each side, medium weight) 

 

B.

(Every 3 min until fail:)

15 Dbell hang power snatch (each side, 1 Dbell, light/medium weight) 

45 sec run 

 

C.

(3 rounds)

10 lunges with dbell twists in lunge with 1 sec pause (each side)
