50 GHD sit ups with 2 sec negative 

 

  • Modified (Dbell use only)

Dbell Front squat 5-5-5-5-5 (Dbell in each hand/pick load) 

 

B.

(7 Rounds of:)

5 Dbell bent over row (Dbell each hand)

10 push ups 

15 air squats 

 

C.

(Not for time) 

50 sit ups with feet under couch/with 2 sec come down (negative)
