Max wall balls (until failure)

Rest 3 minutes

(Under 25 unbroken wall balls = 25 burpees; under 50 unbroken wall balls = 15 burpees)

C. (15 minute clock)

Every minute for 5 minutes:

5 burpees box jumps

Every minute for 5 minutes:

7 burpees box jumps

Every minute for 5 minutes:

9 burpees box jumps
