Introducing our new Online Training Program

Our new Online Training Program is now available for health and wellness guidance, and fast results! All of the workouts and coaching are done online. Our program can be done anywhere - your local gym, a park, or even the comfort of your own home. The Online Training Program is available in two parts: Online Workout Subscriptions and Online Personal Training.

Our Online Training Program is simple. We have mastered our program and know how to get you the fastest results, all ONLINE for your convenience!

Payments are made each month for an offer of either 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. This keeps you on an accountability system, just like any other gym!

Online Workout Subscriptions

How Does it Work?

20 workouts are released each month. One new workout will be posted every night, and each workout will have a modified version attached to it for home or garage settings, where you may only have access to dumbbells. A picture or video will be posted as well, demonstrating the workout and explaining some modifications available if you cannot execute the movement. We guide you through each workout, explain the format, and breakdown - as well as demonstrate - the movements as needed. We urge for at least 3 workouts to be done each week in order to see results, but if you opt for 5 workouts a week (doing all 20 workouts a month) you'll see results quickly!

We also send diet tips and offer nutrition guidance via email and on the website!

How Much Does it Cost?

12 months: $5 each month 

6 months: $10 each month 

3 months: $15 each month

Online Personal Training

How Does it Work?

In addition to having full access to the Online Workout Subscriptions, our coaches will be in constant communication with you. This way, you're not going through your fitness journey alone. Your coach will text or email you (communication is based on your preference), check-in with you each work out day for accountability, and send tips for each workout. If you have any questions about any of the movements, video yourself doing the movement and send it to your coach. Your coach can watch how you're doing the movement and know what to correct in order to achieve maximum results. For every movement you have questions or concerns about, your coach will send you a video demonstrating the proper form.

To keep you accountable, each week we have you send three videos or small clips doing the workout. This shows us that you're completing the program, and it's another way for us to ensure that you're doing the movements correctly. We also have you send us the results of your workout, such as the weight you lifted, the time it took you, etc. We track the results of each workout, as well as what you're eating, in order to maximize your results.

How Much Does it Cost?


12 months: $20 each month

6 months: $35 each month

3 months: $50 each month

Do I Need Gym Equipment?

No gym, no equipment? No problem! All you need is a pair of dumbbells, a yoga mat, and maybe a jump rope! If you don't have a jump rope, you can substitute any jump rope workout with jumping jacks.
